From which date GST on Expenses will be applicable I.e. 5000/- per day

As of now, supply of goods and/ or services by an unregistered supplier to a registered supplier is exempt from reverse charge till 30/06/2018. So, RCM on such supplies will be applicable from 01/07/2018, unless a notification to the contrary is issued.
