If a registered person purchases goods from unreg. dealer and sells also to unreg dealer...what will happen in such condition under GST ?

for Input supply(purchases) from URD.....RD has to pay GST. (ITC can be claimed on this) for output supply (sales) to URD... .......... RD has to charge GST
