Sir/madam, please clarify the doubt regarding GST registration which is applicable to retailer whose turnover in excess of 20 Lacs my question is whether retailer eligible for composite scheme under GST ?

yes, provided he satisfies the other conditions viz. the turnover for the preceding year should be less than 75 lakh the dealer should not effect inter state sales.
