My company registered in Delhi and some staff went to Mumbai for official works and stayed for few days
Hotel charges GST as CGST and SGST now my is that , can i claim CGST as input and SGST as a expenses .Please reply.

You have to claim expenses, there is delima but it is better not to claim gst.

Sir ,
I read a article that uploaded by AXIS Bank with a case that CGST input can be claimed, But i also read that on hotel rent CGST and SGST input can not be claimed in the case of interstate, and a interview the question is raised by CA that can you claim or Not but i replied to him that i can not claim input.

As per GST furtherance of business is important phrase so if you prove hotel exps incurred is furtherance of business you can claim.
Each expert have there own representation so delima but better not to take ITC.
