An Indian company has provide Medical consultancy into abroad and issue invoices with foreign currency. Whether that company charged GST on particular invoices or not ??? What are the conditions to charge GST on invoices for Export of Services ??

If the services are not exempt then you can charge GST and then claim refund. Alternatively you ca export under LUT without payment of GST
