I read in the Students' Journal June 2014 Edition,
President's Communication:
Examination- New Initiatives.
that students will be provided certified copies of their answer books in soft copies.
Does that mean everyone will be getting their copies?
if yes? when and how we will be getting?

no , only those students who pay the required fees and fill up the form for getting certified copies will get.
