Dear Sir/Mam
1.Is Deductor liable to deduct TDS on Graduity Payment. If Graduity Amt is 30Lacs.
2. If a govt. Employee receiving graduity is fully exempt, but if he take the full graduity amt 2 days before the retirement then it will make any difference for the purpose of exempt.??

Yes TDS is to be deducted since it is exempt upto Rs. 10 lacs if no gratuity is received by employee earlier.
