27 June 2015 Lup sum means aggregate. Like at the time of issue of the company takes shares application money, allotment money and final call money, this is installment and if the company take the whole amount one time then its lump sum.

The term Lump sum denotes "at one place". Usually this word is used for monetary things like money.
