18 September 2014 Dont look beyond study material of ICSI. Study material of ICSI is the best book for preparation.

18 September 2014 In addition to ICSI study material I would advise you to keep to books for reference purpose:

1. Company Law Bare Act

2. Munish Bhandari book (Can also use it for CS)

Also refer ICSI suggested answer to go through law based practical questions.
