I Need Some help for my CS exam Please Given me the right Answer.

06 January 2012 Answer to question No 2) Affidavit

Answer to question no 3) True. Not actionable. For example opening a rival shop near the existing shop causing substantial lost to the pre existing shop owner, but no vilation of law arises.
