which purchases or sales r eligible for H form?

Sale/purchase in the course of export, without altering the goods so purchased, that is exporting the same goods as it is. for example: a buyer purchased yarn from local dealer, the buyer(exporter) has to forward the same goods to the foreign buyer. If exporter forwards the goods after some alteration/processed as finished goods, like fabric, it is covered under form H sale.
