06 January 2016 Dear experts, i gave May15 ca final exam and got the result too (but i didn't pass).
but now my principal has extended my articleship which breaches the condition of being in last 6 months of articleship. Kindly tell me what to do ?
Will it affect any of my next attempt?

06 January 2016 If there is extention then kindly talk to your boss in this case as in case if you reveal this to icai then you will be in trouble.

06 January 2016 yes, there is an extension of articleship. The employer is not listening as certificate of service wasn't attached with the exam form. Please tell me what to do now.?

06 January 2016 cant say now wait for icai to respond as it may take nearly 1 month for icai to revert you back.

06 January 2016 icai has sent a letter of acknowledgement of form 108 stating that i need to serve the extension. There was no reference of exam eligibility etc.
is still there anything to worry?
