Petrol expenses for Two wheeler(office use), will we have to pay fringebenefit tax for petrol expenses for two wheeler.

Hi Suresh,
Any reimbursement which is provided by employer to his employees made FBT and in your case petrol reimbursement is paid by employer, so company is liable to pay FBT on petrol expenses.

As you have mentioned Petrol expenses provided for Two wheeler used for office purpose, So i think company is not liable to pay FBT.
