Would like to know more about the FBP that can be introduced to the employees as a benefit. And is there any maximum limit or %age of their CTC component any employee be limited to if there is one?

FBT has been abolished w.e.f.01.04.2009 and most of the benefits under FBT regime now bacome taxable as perquisite in the hands of the employees.
