hello,
please help me with the query can employer have right to ceil your basic salary and give raise as other payments
for example I have salary rupee 100/- ( basic 40, hra 20, travel etc.) and I got raise of Rs 10 next year does it raise my basic proportionately or not...basically what law says...it should raise proportionately to my basic also or will it only include to others..
