09 April 2013 I wish to start a Private Lending Firm-
Please Do let me know the various options, like: Pvt Ltd /Credit Soc etc..
Also do let me know the pros and cons of the same
I also wish to know Limits and Responsibilities for lending and regulation bodies to be associated.
Help me with Step by step Formation and regulation Rules.
What are the licenses and permissions required.

29 May 2013 For this you have to form a NBFC which requires various certificates and permissions from RBI and other regulatory authorities.

If you want to do at a small scale then you have to procure licence for landing money from RBI
