We have a partnership firm. We want to convert it into pvt ltd company. We are satisfing the conditions of Sec 47 of income tax act.

plz guide me the detail procedure for conversion

23 August 2011 You need to close the firm first and than Incorporate new company by filling form 1A, 1, 18, and 32 with the ROC along with prescribe fees.
