One of our Employee has worked from 1-4-2012 to 10th Nov 2012. Now she is asking for Form16 for F.Y.2012-2013.

Shall we issue Form16 for full year i.e.,(1-4-2012 to 31-3-2013) or till work peroid i.e., (1-4-2012 to 10-11-2012) ????

Please clarify
