02 January 2009 which form is to be filled if we want to add services to existing service registration no.???

06 January 2009 There is no specific form under the service tax law to be filed for the additional services with the existing service tax registration number. The Application has to be made to the concerned jurisdictional officer and the existing registration certificate should be amended
