06 September 2010 Sir an assessee has approached me to furnish form no. 15cb. Money is remitted for assessee's daughter education to Singapore. Will TDS attract on it?

What Should i charge to fill form no. 15CA & 15CB?

06 September 2010 TDS would not be attracted as it is personal payment for education fees only. Also payment for education fees upto certain limit does not require Form 15CB. For the limit contact ur banker.

07 September 2010 sir as i hv newly entered into practice and i am 1st time maing 15CA & 15CB, what should i charge from client?
