Just Login with you PAN (If already registered otherwise you need to register your PAN). Then in My Account tab you will find "View Tax Credit Statement 26AS"

Ya, Now a days all most all the banks are giving the option to view 26AS in their NETBANKING SERVICES. You can check from their also form 26AS.
