Form 23b only not accepting the dsc

03 November 2011 Dear Friends / Experts,

I am trying to file Form 23B.

In the signature field, if I attempt to pick the DSC, I am not getting the signing option only for Form 23B, while I am able to sign and file all other MCA e-forms.

Query

Can someone clarify me why I am unable to affix the DSC only in Form 23B ?

Suggest to check the following:
1. whether you have upload the digital signature at the computer, internet explorer and the mca web portal.
