Plz anyone suggest me that is there any requirement to file e form 23B for appointment of the first auditor of a Pvt Ltd company ?

13 February 2014 Yes you need to file form 23B for first auditor as well. The SRN of form 23B would be required at the time of filing balance sheet in form 23AC.
