Form 23ac/aca, annual returns

one private limited company has incorporated on 10/01/2012 only,,,

is it necessary to file form 23AC ,ACA, 20B for this year..

but that company has audit their a/cs year ended on 31.03.12 and filed the return..

pl anybody let me know...

e-Form - 23AC & ACA is required to file within 30 Days of AGM and e-Form - 20B is required to file within 60 Days of AGM.
.
Now, first AGM should be held within 18 months from the date of incorporation.
.
And there should not be gap of more than 9 months from the ended date of BS & pl n first AGM date,,
.
so if your acs are audited as ended on 31/03/2012 you are required to held AGM within 9 months from the 31/03/2012 i.e. 31/12/2012 and then your are required to fie all e-forms within the time limit mention above.

14 September 2012 In case your balance sheets are as on 31/03/2012, you have to file form 23AC and ACA & 20B withing 30 and 60 days of the date of AGM respectively.


14 September 2012 The date of AGM: the p&l and B/s, in case of first AGM, it cannot precede more than nine months from the date of meeting.
