01 January 2014 I had uploaded Form 1A on 31st December 2013, with certification of professional. However the status of the same on MCA 21 site is still "Pending For Action". How much time does the approval of form 1A on being certified by Professional, ordinarily take??

It depends on the workings of the ROC. Sometimes it gets approved within 1 day also and sometime it takes 3-4 days as well.
