I have uploaded Form 1A on 11/04/2013 after getting it signed by a professional but as on today its status is showing as pending for action what can be the possible reason?????

Too much pendency or Non availability of employee for assignment of your form-1A may be a reason for the delay. Request you to wait for some more time.
