01 March 2013 My application for approval of name "KRISH FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICE PVT LTD" and objection is that a company with name "KRISH MANAGEMENT PVT LTD" already registered. so, their is any second way to register the same because concern already running business with the said name.

Yes, you can not register the name which is already registered and resembles the name. You will now select other name which are not resembles.
