26 June 2008 While issuing Form 16 to Employees is it necessary that Employer has to sign personally on Form 16 or Fascimile will do?

One of our client is suffering as he has to sign more than 5000 Form 16...

26 June 2008 He can always appoint an Authorized signatory for the same.
But the signing is important and facimile cannot do.
At the most there can be a digital signature on the same of the Employer
