26 July 2010 I m salaried person & have no TDS deduction from my salary & Employer has issued me FORM 16 in old format. pls let me know whether same is Acceptable & form 16 in new format required ?

26 July 2010 if TDS is not deducted question of FORM 16 does not arise.. it is simply a salary certificate

26 July 2010 New format of Form 16 is to be used for tax deducted after 1st April, 2010 only. If there is no tax deducted, it is not mandatory to issue Form 16.
