Hello Sir...I have cleared my IPCC exams in November.And I have joined my articleship from 20th February..And I am having serious problem regarding form 112..Bcz. My college working hours are from 11am to 4 pm..But In the month of February the syllabus of our college was completed.and I am going to change my college from next semester..And the same was written and signed by my college Principal in Letterpad and I have attached it with my form 112..Although Institute has sent me the query of clashing of time between college and Training...plz. help me..I am having practical problem and Institute has told me to refill the form 112 with taking due care of college hours..plz. plz. help me...

Attending or not attending any lecture does not mean that permission will be allowed to you where the timing of your office hours clashes with the course timing.

I agree with all above expert replies, but to get the work done and to avoid wastage of an attempt sometime illegal things and ways have to ve adopted. Since you are sure that you would leave this regular college then write down the timings in 112 as before 11 the timings if an intern specified in the rules are. 11 - 5. Mention the time of your college as 7 - 10 but you need to convince your college authorities and get their seal and signatures. Submit the same to Icai and move on. you know the first mistake you did was to send a letter to Icai for the timings, you hit your foots only.
this is not a proper way to break a rule but a way to get out of a problem by cheating someone. Apologises for such unethical reply.
The normal working hours for the articled assistants shall not start after 11.00 A.M. or end before 5.00 P.M.
so if you are in college till 11 clock it is not possible to you to attend for 11 clock in office so icai definetely reject this application and permission will not granted
you may get permission if your coaching ends before 9 am only...
and your college should be nearer to your articleship office

So you can set the time as 7 - 10.45. Thanks to expert Ganesh for clarity. But practically speaking Icai wouldn't come to check distance bbetween college and office. So file up the application from 7 - 10.45 am

form 112 is mandatory for all additional courses..
icai not given any relation to distance courses
i am doing icwa and i have filed 112
so filing form 112 is mandatory other wise student should be treated as breach of regulations of 65& 78 and membership will be delayed accordingly as per provisions
if you have any reference to say that for distance mode 112 is not required..please provide back the same
