Is it mandatory for a nationalised bank employee to submit Form 10E to IT dept for claiming relief u/s 89 for arrears of salary pertaining to the last 4 years that he earned in the last year 2012-13.

06 August 2013 Yes.. if employee want to take relief u/s.89 then he have to must submit form 10E to AO.
