Dear all, One of my client has registered for e-filling but not activated the same by clicking on the activation link sent on registered mail id. We have no password. Now If I go for forget password option it says 'your user id is not activated'. If I choose to get resend activation link, then it need password(don't know). I had given a call for help to the e-filling help line, but they say we can't help. Please help me to reset the password and activate the account.

Kindly Send email to validate@incometax.gov.in and write PAN-Name -Address-DOB they will activate PAN with in 72 Hours after than you can log in and reset your password
