hi. our company booked a booth in sinagapore art fair for exhibhition of paintings so our company should be deduct TDS OR NOT . Please provide right suggestion to me.

Since there is no business connection in india, service is directly provided in Singapore and payment is released throgh bank, TDs will not be applicable.
