Plz can any one let me know a detailed procedure for Foreign direct Investment under automatic route by an individual in an Indian Private limited Co.. Who all are intimated abt this Process ? ( Eg. RBI etc?) . When is FCGPR Form submitted? When is Form 2 submitted at ROC?
