I have filed the form 17 for my client. I opted SBI Netbanking option twice and both the times due to Error message from MCA portal the form could not get uploaded.Subsequently the form filed using Credit card.
But the payment was debited FROM ACCOUNT EACH THREE TIME AGAINST SINGLE CHARGE ID.The error is due to tchnical- payment gate way problem.But MCA is not ready to refund the fees accepted for single charge ID.any advise in this regard from CA Club members.

I had similar experience, but the money was refunded in my account after few days. I suggest you should mail to appl.helpdesk@mca.gov.in giving all details.

Thank you..But I have contacted appl.helpdesk@mca.gov.in .They informed that the same form is filed three times and payment is received against each form respectively.But the error is the acceptance of fees for a single charge ID three times.It is evidend that the same is an internal control system error.I am trying to convince the MCA again......
the error is technical...One charge ID system should accept only one fee....Let us accept the fact, ...

OK The problem is that you should verify the status of payment from the link 'Track payment status' on the MCA site before trying to pay again. Payment should be made again only if the payment status in the above link is shown 'Failed'. If it shows 'Successful' you can generate the receipt there only.
