24 March 2013 AS PER EXCISE RULES, WHEN A DEALER OR TRADER PURCHASES THE GOODS FROM MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY AND SALES THE SAME GOODS TO HIS BUYER, HE IS CALLED FIRST STAGE DEALER.
BUT WHEN A DEALER OR TRADER PURCHASES THE GOODS FROM FIRST STAGE DEALER AND SALES THAT GOODS TO HIS BUYER, HE IS CALLED SECOND STAGE DEALER.
