For Last year 2013-14 one of the Bill of exchange is miss out is any other option to submission form bank.

20 May 2015 It happened to us as well in past. When we checked, a transaction was settled via NEFT by bank itself because of a Remittance related error. In that case, FIRC can't be issued by bank.
