You can easily go for CA/CS/CWA or MBA through CAT/MAT exams. Since you have sufficient experience ,I am not sure but you can get exemption from articleship in CS/CWA.You can easily manage your studies as well as any of these courses. Further there are part time MBA or executive MBA offered by variuos institutes like Symbiosis,Amity university,IMT-CDL. Regular MBA from IIMs will provide you a drastic improvement in your career

for CA you have to devote 4yrs and you will have to leave your job in between. As you said ,you want to do job as well,so CA is not possiblr. If your work profile is related to manufacturing industry the CWA will be better. If your profile is related to laws and compliance then CS will be better. I am yet not sure that whether your training will be exempted in these courses,so please confirm before joining any of these course. Distance MBAs will add value but only little bit as compared to CS/CWA.

So i am confuse whether to do Distance MBA or CWA?
If MBA then in which like Finance or Managment accounting or Banking & insurance?

I would suggest you to go for CWA. It will provide much more scope than distance MBA.further since you are already holding 5+yrs experience you will not find much difficulty in clearing exams also.Do confirm about the exemption in training. But yes in CWA your work experience is definitely counted for the purpose of training. So in no case you would be required to leave your job.Go ahead with CWA
