i cleared inter in 1998 and attempted final 6-7 times thereafter now there is gap of atleast 3-5 years. can i apper for fianl in future ?? how ?????

yes. please write to the ICAI and also if it is possible go there and meet the concerned person/ telephonic conversation if possible and get the confirmation.
