I am CA final student and my attempt is November 2015,in the meantime I want to do NCFM (National Stock Exchange Certification in Financial Markets) Course. Please answer my queries: 1. Whether I need to take prior permission from ICAI to start this course. 2. When should I register for Final so that I can get the Books of revised and updated syllabus, i.e. Company Law, ISCA

For taking permission it is required if you are doing articleship other wise not necessary. And for Latest Study MAt it is good that you enquire to your regional CA office.
