I have registered for ARTICLES as on completion of grp-1 of IPCC in NOV-2012 but i have not yet cleared my grp-2 of IPCC(i.e as on Nov-13). so will this result in any extension of my final atttempt which is in NOV-2015.

Eligibility to Final attempt shall depending on the completion of articleship training period but not on the date of registration to CA Final, So this result shall not change or extend your Final attempt.
According to the CA regulations those who completed 2 and half years of articleship training including excess leaves and get completed both groups of IPCC and has registered to CA final(Having a valid CA final registration as on the date of exams) is eligible for appear CA Final exams.
Based on the date provided by you i Assuming you commenced your articleship in the month of February 2013 thus your 2 and half year articleship training shall be completed by August 2015(assuming no excess leaves) so your first CA Final eligible attempt is November 2015, So you can complete your IPCC group II by May 2015 attempt with out extension of CA Final eligible attempt.
