I would like to inform you that the assessee is the individual having income of salary and government emp. he has not filling of return of income of FY 2010-11 on due date 31.07.2011 . I would like to ask.
1. wether assessee is file its return of income on before 31.03.2012 2. wether assessee is liable to panelty. 3. if file return on before 31.03.2012. then assessee can liable to panelty as per section 271F.

Return for FY 10-11 can be submitted on or before 31.03.2012 without attraction of penalty u/s. 271F. Interest will attract if any self asst. tax is payable.
