my client has not filed income tax returns for the above assessment year now he want to file the return is it possible to do so . can we file online for the above assessment year, for the above assessment year he has a taxable income plese guide what to do

CANT FILE FOR FY 2007-08, HE CAN FILE FROM FY 2008-09.. DUE DATE FOR 2007-08 WAS 2 YEARS ITS MARCH 2010 WHICH IS OVER, I DONT THINK DEPARTMENT WILL ACCEPT NOW.JUST CHECKOUT WITH YOUR WARD DEPARTMENT CAN DO IT OR NOT...
