MY QUESTION IS , CAN A PVT LTD COMPANY FILE IT'S COMBINE RETURN FOR THE YEAR 2013-14 AND 2014-15.?

PLEASE GIVE ME GUIDANCE FOR ABOVE QUERY RELATING TO COMPANY LAW, AND GUIDE ME ABOUT THE RELATING PROVISION UNDER COMPANIES ACT.

You can't file combine annual return for the FY 2013-14 & 2014-15 under the companies act

If you have not filed Annual Return for FY 2013-14, you can file it now by paying Additional fees.
