sir whow to file areturn for capital gain which is belonging to one more persons ,ie 3 brothers, of rs 218520 is deposited in the credit of one brother . can i file refund return in the behalf of that brother

No if property is jointly owned than Tax must be deposited separately in each assessees account. You have to file return for all the 3 assessees.
