Our company got incorporated on march 2017.Whether we have to file Income tax return for 2016-17?

05 October 2017 My Dear Amol Sir., The same is atract to Partnership firm....? Why I'm asking...? Bcoz, one of the partnership firm Started on 04/01/2016... But, no more transactions from Jan 16 to Mar 16... The business transactions start on April 10th.. In this situation what can I do...?
