06 April 2015 is there any way of filing a income tax return for the a/y 2013-2014

06 April 2015 If it is not a refund case then you can try filing the manual return in your jurisdiction.

If it is a refund case then you will have to resort to section 119(2) to obtain the permission from the Commissioner of Income Tax for condonation of delay.
