09 October 2014 We have appointed independent directors in AGM. Is it necessary to file MGT-14 for their appointment. We have passed ordinary resolution in AGM for their appointment.

09 October 2014 According to my view, you should file MGT 14. MGT 14 is required to be filed to take note of appointment(s) or removal(s) of one level below the Key Management Personnel
