30 March 2013 Is it mandatory to file IT Return of a partner even though the partner's income is below the taxable limit?

30 March 2013 If his gross total income doesn't exceeded the basix exemption limit then he need not file his return of income. But in case he already income tax assessee then he required to file his return of income for the continution of filing eventhough he has not taxable income.
