26 October 2010 I WANT TO UPLOAD FORM 23B ON MCA SITE. I AM CONFUSED ON WHICH FILE TO ATTACH TO FORM 23B THAT IS APPOINTMENT LETTER FOR ACCOUNTING YEAR 2009-10 OR FOR THE ACCOUNTING YEAR 2010-11. PLS HELP ITS URGENT
